How to upgrade, manage your subscription, update payment details, cancel, and understand our refund policy.

Upgrading to Pro

To upgrade, click Upgrade to Pro in the sidebar of your dashboard. This opens the Lemon Squeezy checkout where you can enter your payment details and complete the purchase. Pro access is activated immediately — no waiting, no manual approval.

Billing via Lemon Squeezy

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a trusted merchant of record. Your card details are never stored on our servers — all payment handling is managed securely by Lemon Squeezy.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your billing details, view past invoices, or update your payment method, go to Dashboard → Account and click Manage billing. This opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where you can:

  • Update your credit card or PayPal account
  • Download PDF invoices for any past payment
  • View your next billing date and renewal amount
  • Cancel your subscription

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods via Lemon Squeezy:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • PayPal

All transactions are charged in USD. Your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee if you're billed in a different currency.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't lose any features mid-cycle.

After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Sites beyond the free limit (1 site) are retained in a read-only state — your data is not deleted, and you can reactivate Pro at any time to regain full access.

Refunds

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge and we'll review your request. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We don't issue automatic refunds for partial months of service — if you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the period ends.

To request a refund, email us from the address associated with your account. Include your order number (visible in the Lemon Squeezy invoice) to help us find your payment quickly.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails — for example, because your card expired or had insufficient funds — Lemon Squeezy will automatically retry the charge over the following days. You'll receive an email notification from Lemon Squeezy each time a retry is attempted.

After 3 failed attempts, your subscription is suspended and your account reverts to the Free plan. To reactivate Pro, update your payment method in the billing portal — your subscription will resume immediately.

Your data is safe

A suspended subscription does not delete your sitemaps or crawl history. Everything is preserved. Once you update your payment details and reactivate Pro, all your sites and data are immediately accessible again.
